3. FERMENTING WEEKENDS – “SAUERKRAUT WORKSHOP” AND “Kimchi, kvass & kombucha”
Learn how to preserve seasonal vegetables while doing your GUT a big favour – learn how to ferment! During these workshops we learn how to ferment both vegetables and probiotic drinks, while discussing various ways to better digestion.

4. HANDLING STRESS – BREATHING, MOVEMENT AND FOOD FOR INNER PEACE

Join us for a day that may well change your life! Peter Larsson makes a guest appearance at PaulssonPaleo to give us the tools for more inner peace. We learn breathing techniques and mobility exercises to conquer stress. We simulate stress by cold exposure (voluntary!) and learn the basics around how we can lower stress through wise food choices.

5. FARMHAND FOR A DAY
Hang out with the PaulssonPaleo gang for half a day!
Experience our everyday life on the farm. Combine lighter (or heavier) manual labour with other activities. Perhaps you are interested in the paleo diet? Join us in the kitchen and learn handy tricks for a healthier lifestyle. Or let us show you where you can experience the best off-road running. Or enjoy a yoga session with our own yogi.
