1. FARMHAND FOR A DAY
Hang out with the PaulssonPaleo gang for an afternoon! Experience our everyday life on the farm. Combine lighter (or heavier) manual labour with other activities. End the afternoon with a well-deserved paleo snack and caveman coffee.
Time: Thursdays 24th May – 13th August, 13.00-15.00.
Price: 50 SEK for adults, 30 SEK for children between 3 and 12.

2. YOGA ESCAPE
Treat yourself to a relaxing and energising retreat day in Simlångsdalen. The programme includes yoga, hiking and nourishing food and drink.
No prior yoga experience required.
10.00 Energising herbal tea.
10.30 Soft hatha yoga.
12.00 Lunch with seasonal ingredients, gluten and lactose-free.
12.45 Hike in our beautiful surroundings.
14.00 Hatha yoga, meditation and pranayama (breathing).
15.30 Relaxing herbal tea and nibbles.
If the weather is fine, some of the yoga and meditation may be moved outdoors.

4. FERMENTING WEEKENDS – “SAUERKRAUT WORKSHOP” AND “Kimchi, kvass & kombucha”
Learn how to preserve seasonal vegetables while doing your GUT a big favour – learn how to ferment! During these workshops we learn how to ferment both vegetables and probiotic drinks, while discussing various ways to better digestion.
