Move like your ancestors
For us, the idea of a paleo lifestyle also includes more natural exercise routines. The principle is the same as for eating paleo food, in that we want to emulate the way our ancestors moved. Everyday exercise in the form of walking or cycling at a leisurely pace forms the basis of our well-being. Top it off with some functional strength training for enhanced body control and some intense interval training to increase your heart rate. It does not have to be more difficult than that!
Fancy gym not required
We believe that exercise should be enjoyable and accessible by all – you should not need a gym or fancy equipment to feel good. We therefore choose to do a large part of our training outdoors, where we work with what nature has to offer as well as with a few well-chosen pieces of equipment as a complement.
